The plans for the Campus Center for Miami Dade College look a little bit like the CCTV Tower by OMA architects. 

This time, Miami based Oppenheim Architects created a building that seems to be an illusion. Located at Biscayne Boulevard and NE 5th Street in downtown Miami, it is urban density turned into a superbuilding, combining apartments, offices, educational facilities, and a lot of space for art exhibition.

Oppenheim’s website says the following:

The project’s estimated completion is 2012.
